Michael Jupiter returned to Guyana in 1985 and opened Juice Power in 1986 at his family's Middle Street property. What began with two blenders grew into a trusted Georgetown stop for fresh juices and nourishing meals.

The restaurant keeps health practical and local: cane juice, coconut water, fruit shakes, vegetarian meals, rice, roti, peas, vegetables, and warm comfort food for people on the move.

Michael Courtney Jupiter, founder of Juice Power

Founder testimony

"Juice Power was built to serve people with food and drinks that help them feel stronger, cleaner, and cared for."

Michael Jupiter's journey began with a simple belief: natural fruits, vegetables, grains, peas, coconut water, cane juice, and fresh local ingredients can change the way people eat every day. After returning to Guyana, he turned that belief into Juice Power, a Middle Street restaurant where health, service, and consistency became the foundation of the business.

His testimony is one of patience and purpose. From two blenders and a small idea, he built a place where customers could find honest juices, vegetarian meals, and a personal standard of care. For Jupiter, Juice Power is more than a counter; it is a daily promise to serve Georgetown with food that respects the body and the community.
